Registration can be done by printing and filling out the form below and then emailing it back to us. Registration will be confirmed by email. Please try to register as soon as possible as places are limited. We suggest a minimum of one week before the start of the activities. For late/prorated registrations, please contact us.
Payments can be made in person and can be made at the first session or anytime before. Please let us know whatever is more convenient for you and we will try to accommodate. An SC Azzurri shirt will also be included with the registration fee and is expected to be worn during the sessions. Question regarding registration can sent to us by email or by calling 514-703-7927.
