The programs are separated by age groups (U9-11-13) and are based on a yearly curriculum that is broken down by monthly themes. An example can be seen below.
There will also be goalkeeper training available for the goalkeepers. We encourage the goalkeepers to also work on base technique with the group, but there will be a portion of the session dedicated to specific goalkeeper training as well since SC Azzurri has qualified goalkeeper coaches on staff.
SC Azzurri will also be exploring the opportunity to participate in games and tournaments in addition to having scouts and coaches come out to our sessions. Players would be selected to represent SC Azzurri and the age group in question.

For whom:
Age Groups: U9 -U11- U13 . Male and Female.
Certain Soccer Schools in Europe have age groups from 4-18 years of age. While SC Azzurri is exploring the possibility to eventually expand, it has decided to start with the age categories considered to be the most important in a soccer player’s development cycle; from 8-12 years of age.
SC Azzurri targets players between the ages of U9 and U13 although exceptions for entry can be made. U9 for example, includes anyone who is under 9 years old when the school begins (or as of January 1st). Although the school is about learning and developing basic skills, it is also intended for players who have a deep interest in the sport and have the patience and focus to bring their skills to the next level. We will make an initial evaluation of players, but we ask that those participating have a minimal base technique and knowledge of the sport. If we feel that a big skill gap exists between participants, we will do the best we can to address this in order to make sure the program can be fulfilled to the most of its intentions.
